  • Govern Platform Operations and Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and maintain ITIL-aligned support frameworks, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators to ensure high availability and stability of Oracle Financial systems post go-live.

  • Serve as the primary IT accountability point for internal and external audit activities related to financial system controls, data lineage, and access governance.
  • Manage Vendor and Systems Integrator Relationships

  • Negotiate and manage multi-million-dollar enterprise software and consulting agreements with strong commercial acumen.
  • Align Technology Strategy with Finance Business Objectives

  • Build, Lead, and Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain a team of application technology experts, integration architects, and functional business analysts who collectively own Oracle platform support and enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration that positions the Enterprise Financial Systems team as a trusted, value-adding partner to Finance.
