Responsibilities
- Serve as primary finance partner to the Salty GM and Leadership Team
- Shape category and brand strategies with Growth & Marketing and R&D
- Provide insights for investment decisions and growth plans
- Manage the full Salty business P&L including Net Sales and Operating Income
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with R&D to evaluate innovation opportunities and track performance post-launch
- Align forecasts and financial outlooks with Strategic Demand
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of progressive Finance experience
- CPA/CFA a plus
- Strong background in business, commercial, or brand finance
- Experience supporting innovation and cross-functional teams
- CPG or similar industry experience preferred
