Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations specifically for the Wellbeing business with deep understanding of member engagement, program delivery, and platform services economics
- Serve as key member of the Wellbeing Leadership Team, contributing to strategic initiative planning and partnership
- Coordinate between Finance and Wellbeing leadership to drive measurable operational excellence and efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain pricing frameworks while leading financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals
- Evaluate vendor contracts and outsourcing models for financial efficiency and scalability while partnering with Commercial and Product teams on pricing implications
- Support business development by leading financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals while providing financial oversight for large client implementations
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by serving as key Wellbeing Leadership Team member, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making while supporting operational capacity planning
- Own the metrics that matter: define and track KPIs behind Wellbeing performance — member engagement and participation rates, product margin, and retention and renewal economics — and turn them into decisions leadership can act on
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years work experience in similar finance leadership position
- 7+ years progressive responsibility with demonstrated leadership abilities through work progression
- Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan platforms preferred
- Comfort using AI and automation tools to speed up financial analysis, modeling, and reporting — and a point of view on where they can drive efficiency across Wellbeing finance
