About The Role We’re seeking an NA Finance Director to lead financial strategy, business performance, and operational excellence across one of Videojet’s largest global region. This role will have full ownership of the Region’s P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and financial performance while partnering closely with regional and global leadership teams to drive profitable growth, strong cash flow, and sustainable quality of earnings. This leader will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, improving financial rigor, building future finance talent, and driving transformation across a complex multi-country environment. The ideal candidate combines strong business partnership, financial discipline, people leadership, and the ability to operate effectively within a global matrix organization. What We're Looking For Proven finance leadership experience within a complex, multi-country or regional organization, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or technology environmentStrong track record of full P&L and Balance Sheet ownership, including driving growth, margin expansion, working capital, and cash flow performanceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferredExperience leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering across diverse geographies and go-to-market modelsStrong commercial and operational finance acumen with ability to influence senior leadership and drive business decisionsExperience building and developing high-performing finance teams and future leadersStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex business issuesDigitally savvy with appreciation for technology, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled business insightsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization What You'll Do Lead end-to-end financial strategy and performance management for Videojet NA regionDrive profitable growth through strong partnership with commercial, operational, and regional leadership teams. Own full regional P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow, and Quality of Earnings performanceLead Budget, forecasting, monthly outlooks, and long-range planning processes across NADeliver timely, actionable financial and operational insights to regional and global leadership teamsImprove financial rigor, forecasting quality, operational discipline, and business predictability across the region. Drive productivity, margin expansion, working capital improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. Champion strong compliance, governance, controls, and balance sheet stewardship across all NA entitiesBuild and develop a high-performing finance organization with strong succession planning and leadership capabilityEmbrace technology and AI-enabled tools to improve analytics, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making. Partner on finance transformation, automation, and digital initiativesCollaborate effectively across regional and global stakeholders within a highly matrixed organizationImplement Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and standard work US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $225,000 - $27,5000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
