Sr Director, Epidemiology RWE

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific expertise for RWLP management and senior management
• Collaborate with operational teams to secure global business opportunities
• Oversee projects to meet client expectations for deadlines and quality
• Develop scientific content for publications and presentations
• Enhance organizational processes and capabilities for study management
• Foster business development in post-marketing safety and risk management
• Review and advise on study documents and facilitate advisory boards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in epidemiology or related fields
• Proven leadership in managing complex projects
• Strong expertise in real-world evidence generation
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in a related discipline

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
