Director, Epidemiology RWE (Onco or Immunology)

Responsibilities

• Lead development of study protocols and analysis plans crucial to RWE
• Design and manage epidemiological and data science projects
• Conduct analyses for decision-making, including responses to regulatory authorities
• Identify and manage fit-for-purpose data for RWE execution
• Construct cohorts from real-world data sources for validation studies
• Communicate and co-author results of observational research for external dissemination
• Contribute to process development and training for enhanced functional efficiency

Qualifications

• PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field with 4+ years post-doctoral experience, or Master's with 7-9 years experience accepted
• Deep understanding of observational research methods and experience in protocol and statistical analysis plan development
• Extensive knowledge and experience with electronic medical record and medical claims databases for secondary data analysis
• Record of scientific publications demonstrating expertise in observational study design and analysis preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and build cross-functional collaborations
• Experience in leading drug development projects for 2+ years in the therapeutic area designated
