Sr. Director, Digital Innovation Partnerships

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Digital Innovation Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape the organization’s digital innovation agenda by identifying, evaluating, and advancing strategic opportunities that support long-term business goals. The role will partner closely with senior executives and internal stakeholders to turn market insights and emerging technology trends into actionable initiatives. It also involves cultivating external partnership ecosystems and guiding a senior team to deliver high-impact innovation outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $181,000 – $261,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the development of digital innovation strategies aligned with business goals Collaborate with executives to explore and validate high-value opportunities Translate market insights into actionable recommendations Evaluate and prioritize innovation opportunities Manage external partnerships to align innovation with business needs Facilitate co-creation sessions with internal and external stakeholders Lead and mentor a senior-level team to drive innovation initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA or equivalent) 10+ years of relevant experience Significant experience driving transformational change and leading strategic initiatives Expertise in opportunity assessment and influencing senior executives Experience managing external partnership ecosystems Strong understanding of emerging technologies and translating them into business opportunities Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior leaders Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) match and paid time off Family resources and EAP counseling services Access to mental wellness tools Professional development programs, including on-demand leadership courses Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
