Sr. Director, Development Finance

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity, with particular expertise in development finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity or related fields
• Strong experience underwriting real estate or asset heavy development projects
• Direct M&A experience (buy-side and/or sell-side)
• Hospitality, timeshare industry experience, preferred
• Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, while focusing and executing tactically to ensure successful and timely outcomes
• Proven mastery of progressive financial modeling and valuation methodologies as well as sound general financial management practices
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain value added relationships at all levels of the organization
• Detail oriented and process focused with evidence of driving measurable results within established timelines
• The ability to understand the business drivers behind the financial statements and how they affect financial performance
• Able to work as a business partner is critical
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proven business acumen and judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in an efficient/timely manner, including effective delegation
• Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities
