What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity, with particular expertise in development finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity or related fields
- Strong experience underwriting real estate or asset heavy development projects
- Direct M&A experience (buy-side and/or sell-side)
- Hospitality, timeshare industry experience, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, while focusing and executing tactically to ensure successful and timely outcomes
- Proven mastery of progressive financial modeling and valuation methodologies as well as sound general financial management practices
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain value added relationships at all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented and process focused with evidence of driving measurable results within established timelines
- The ability to understand the business drivers behind the financial statements and how they affect financial performance
- Able to work as a business partner is critical
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven business acumen and judgment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities in an efficient/timely manner, including effective delegation
- Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities
