Sr Director, Corporate Communications and Marketing - Remote US

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Corporate Communications and Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape the corporate communications function across the organization, with a focus on executive visibility, reputation management, and clear stakeholder engagement. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to align messaging with business priorities and support growth in a highly regulated industry. It will also guide internal and external communications efforts that strengthen the organization's credibility and market presence. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement a cohesive corporate communications strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives. Advise executive leadership on media engagement, reputation management, and crisis communications. Lead and unify internal and external communications initiatives across the organization. Direct executive communications efforts, including leadership messaging and thought leadership programs. Oversee media relations, including proactive outreach and interview preparation. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. 10+ years of corporate communications experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields. 3-5+ years' experience managing a team of marketing or communications professionals. Expertise in media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management. Experience advising senior executives on communications strategies and stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated success in aligning communications functions with business goals. Preferred knowledge in healthcare, oncology, and biopharmaceutical development environments.
