Sr. Director - Consumer Marketing

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global and US marketing teams to gather consumer and market insights
• Shape the US Consumer Strategy by defining key goals and metrics
• Define and prioritize Consumer Activation & Engagement Plans across channels
• Lead the development of Campaign and Experience Strategy Briefs for teams and agencies
• Own and execute comprehensive consumer marketing plans and budgets from strategy to production
• Champion consumer insights, ensuring they inform campaign execution and performance tracking
• Build and develop a high-performing consumer marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and inclusivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences with direct-to-consumer marketing
• Proven ability to lead US consumer marketing strategy and execution
• Strong skills in managing cross-functional teams and partnerships
• Expertise in consumer insights, channel innovation, and performance optimization

Pay

$154,500 – $226,600 annually
