Sr. Director, Commercialization & Go-to-Market

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Commercialization & Go-to-Market to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will shape the commercialization strategy and go-to-market execution for key initiatives across the organization. The role will establish the operating discipline needed to bring new solutions to market with clarity, consistency, and strong cross-functional alignment. It will also partner closely with senior stakeholders to improve launch readiness, governance, and measurable business outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $185,000 – $234,650 annually Responsibilities Establish commercialization capabilities for pricing solutions Create governance and operational standards for product launches Drive improvements in launch quality and organizational readiness Develop commercialization frameworks aligned with enterprise goals Lead post-launch reviews and improve commercialization methodologies Monitor and evaluate commercialization performance against metrics Ensure organizational readiness supports strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 12+ years in commercial strategy, go-to-market, or related roles 7+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations Experience in commercialization with P&L accountability Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills Proven ability to influence executive leadership Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities Benefits 401(k) plan with employer match Flexible paid time off and holidays Parental leave options Life and disability insurance Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
