Sr. Director, Broadband Performance Marketing
About the Role
T-Mobile is seeking a Sr. Director, Broadband Performance Marketing to lead data-driven acquisition strategy and digital performance for T-Mobile’s broadband portfolio, including Fiber and Home Internet (HSI). In this pivotal role, you will define and evolve integrated performance marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver commercial growth and brand objectives, embedding measurement and optimization from the start.
This role partners closely with Commercial Marketing, Brand, Media, Media Analytics, Business Intelligence, and MarTech to orchestrate cross-channel programs, improve customer experience, and accelerate test-and-learn capabilities. You will identify data and execution gaps, align leadership on priorities and tradeoffs, and ensure teams and agency partners deliver on time and on budget. This is a high-impact leadership role for a marketer who thrives in fast-evolving environments and translates insight into performance-driving action while scaling new capabilities for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior leader and escalation point for performance marketing, providing executive-level visibility into performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
- Own performance marketing strategy and outcomes for broadband, with accountability for acquisition growth, efficiency, and ROI across all channels.
- Define and scale integrated, cross-channel strategies that unify media, CRM, web, and offline channels into a cohesive, high-performing acquisition engine.
- Establish best-in-class measurement frameworks, including attribution, incrementality testing, and full-funnel performance visibility; drive adoption of standardized KPIs and reporting.
- Lead investment strategy and optimization, guiding budget allocation, channel mix, and tradeoffs to maximize growth and efficiency at scale.
- Build and institutionalize a culture of experimentation, setting enterprise learning agendas, test-and-learn roadmaps, and continuous optimization practices.
- Identify and close capability gaps across data, technology, process, and talent; champion advancements in AI, automation, and MarTech to accelerate performance.
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and a performance-first mindset across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Master’s/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- 10-15 years of marketing experience in authoring and executing national integrated direct marketing plans with recognized B2C brands.
- 5-10+ years of experience delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution.
Skills
- Digital Marketing: Must have a solid understanding of digital marketing and experience including CRM, web/ecommerce, media, social, etc. (Required)
- Direct Marketing: Must have experience in data-driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is critical. Adobe Analytics and media platform experience a strong plus. (Required)
- Consumer Insights: Exceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc. (Preferred)
- Cross-Functional Relationships: Campaign leadership skills – end-to-end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel/omni-channel environment. Ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and delivering on clearly-defined strategy. (Required)
Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel is required for this role.
Pay
Base Pay Range: $222,400 - $300,800. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance, set at a target of 35% of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
