Responsibilities

  • Assure a clear, differentiated brand and storytelling vision that reflects elevated luxury taste, cultural relevance, and style fluency, driving brand desire and consumer connection.
  • Assure integrated, full-funnel marketing execution that aligns Momentum Marketing, media, content, and channels to move consumers seamlessly from awareness through conversion.
  • Assure disciplined luxury brand stewardship by balancing brand integrity with performance, using data-informed judgment to guide optimization, social presence, and platform decisions without diluting distinctiveness.
  • Lead brand development, storytelling strategy, and consumer engagement planning, ensuring execution reflects strong cultural literacy, elevated taste, and style fluency.
  • Drive deep consumer and brand research to identify engagement drivers, retention opportunities, and the effectiveness of all brand touchpoints.
  • Lead agency and partner relationships across media, PR, brand, and social setting a high bar for both performance outcomes and brand expression.
  • Plan and execute brand image initiatives, including marketing concepts, digital campaigns, PR, social, and customer engagement, leveraging best-in-class D2C capabilities.
  • Ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints, delivering a cohesive brand experience from first impression through conversion across digital, social, and retail environments.
  • Partner closely with brand leadership to articulate and implement brand platforms, consumer engagement strategies, visioning, and operating plans. Collaborate across product, brand marketing, and wholesale sales to deliver compelling trade show experiences, sell-in materials, and cohesive merchandising storytelling.
  • Oversee annual marketing budget planning, strategy development, and performance tracking, aligning spend with current marketing realities and long-term brand ambitions. Maintain fluent, working knowledge across paid, owned, and earned channels without over-indexing on any single discipline; act as a taste-led orchestrator rather than a channel specialist.
  • Identify opportunities that support brand growth and market expansion.
  • Demonstrate performance media literacy, with the ability to evaluate strategy, interrogate KPIs, and guide partners toward brand-aligned optimization that balances effectiveness with efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business related degree required
  • 10+ years Marketing experience preferred
  • Capable of navigating a complex enterprise environment; understands how to move work across multiple verticals (ECommerce, media buying, studio operations, etc.)
  • Advertising / Campaign Development / Public Relations experience preferred
  • MAC applications preferred
  • Business Intelligence, SAP preferred
  • Travel required, approx. 30%

Qualifications

Pay
