About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Travel Digital Experience & Growth to drive the evolution of our digital travel experience. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, customer experience, analytics, and travel operations. Rather than owning a single product feature area, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that improve how customers discover, plan, and book travel experiences across web, mobile, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and execution-focused product leader, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision while delivering measurable business results. You'll influence roadmap priorities, optimize customer journeys, and help scale digital travel offerings that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define and execute strategic roadmaps that support travel growth, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities that enhance the customer journey and increase travel bookings and revenue.
    • Prioritize initiatives using customer insights, business objectives, and performance data.
    • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap communication across internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Act as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, UX, Engineering, Analytics, and external travel partners.
    • Drive alignment on goals, priorities, requirements, timelines, and execution plans.
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives from concept through launch and optimization.
    • Influence executive stakeholders through business cases, roadmap updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Product Development & Agile Execution
    • Translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product requirements.
    • Manage and prioritize product backlogs while collaborating closely with development teams.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
    • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks while developing mitigation strategies.
  • Customer Experience & Optimization
    • Evaluate digital customer journeys to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with UX and Design teams to create intuitive, customer-centered experiences.
    • Leverage testing, experimentation, customer research, and analytics to continuously improve performance.
    • Drive initiatives focused on conversion optimization, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel Ecosystem & Partnerships
    • Work closely with travel suppliers, vendors, and technology partners to enhance platform capabilities.
    • Support travel merchandising, promotions, campaign launches, and offer optimization.
    • Help shape future travel digital experiences through partner collaboration and emerging technology opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience within travel, hospitality, online booking platforms, loyalty programs, vacation products, or travel technology environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Experience improving digital customer journeys, conversion rates, engagement, and business performance.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with travel technology ecosystems, booking engines, travel integrations, partner platforms, or reservation systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to drive prioritization and decision making.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What Success Looks Like

You bring a deep understanding of digital product management and customer experience optimization, while balancing business goals, technical considerations, and customer needs. Most importantly, you're passionate about creating seamless travel experiences that generate measurable business growth.
