About the Role

Lead the product function by developing product strategy, overseeing the product portfolio, and managing a team of Technical Product Managers. Drive organizational alignment, develop product talent, and ensure successful execution of the product roadmap to achieve strategic business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
  • Define and evolve product strategy, portfolio priorities, and roadmap governance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Technical Product Managers to build product management capabilities.
  • Establish product management standards, processes, and best practices across the team.
  • Oversee product investments, prioritization, and resource allocation across initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through complex product decisions and organizational priorities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and drive continuous improvement across products and teams.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of technical product management or operations experience, with a heavy emphasis on cloud infrastructure, platform PM, or DevOps.
  • 5+ years directly leading teams through strategic initiatives and delivery results.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling digital operations or platforms for high-availability enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-million dollar technology budgets.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through digital operation strategies and growth.

Compensation

Salary range: $140,400 - $219,375. Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
