About the role

The company is seeking a Sr. Development Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile luxury condominium developments in Naples, Florida. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Florida's premier developers and oversee multimillion-dollar projects from initial planning and design through construction, completion, and homeowner turnover.

You will be responsible for ensuring project execution, the coordination of architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipal agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury condominium projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from pre-construction through handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and development timelines.
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, and ownership groups.
• Oversee due diligence, permitting, entitlement, and approval processes.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate development, or a related field.
• Project management experience within real estate development, luxury residential construction, or high-rise condominium projects.
• Experience managing large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects from concept through completion.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, development processes, and construction administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
