Sr. Development Manager

For a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. This role works across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored development schedules for land lease/acquisition
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to confirm site viability
• Represent clients at local boards and council meetings for zoning approvals
• Manage and coordinate surveys to qualify land sites
• Facilitate communication with all stakeholders throughout the project
• Oversee program efforts for new developments and relocations
• Ensure projects meet timelines by monitoring progress and adjusting schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of development management in commercial construction or similar experience
• Expertise in feasibility studies, site planning, and permitting
• Proven track record with local municipalities for site plan approvals
• Experience managing restaurant, banking, and/or pad site projects preferred
• PMP, PE, AIA, LEED, or CMAA certification preferred
• Proficient in project management software

Pay

$140,250 – $165,000 annually
