Sr Development Coordinator, Foundation Administration, FT, 08:30A-5P

About the role

The Senior Development Coordinator is responsible for an assigned portfolio under the direction of Foundation leadership. Responsibilities include preparing gift proposals, soliciting and securing sponsorships, underwriting, in-kind, and cause-related gifts. The Coordinator also maintains relationships with designated donors to ensure engagement and identify major gifts and prospects. Duties involve accurate entry and maintenance of donor records, performing administrative and clerical tasks, and tracking donor and event metrics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gift proposals and solicit sponsorships, underwriting, in-kind, and cause-related gifts
• Maintain relationships with designated donors to ensure engagement and identify major gifts and prospects
• Accurately enter and maintain assigned donor records
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks necessary for the position
• Track donor and event metrics as assigned
• Represent the Foundation at community events, during and outside of regular business hours including weekends
• Be the liaison to assigned internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Attentive to details
• High volume performer with strong work ethic
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs
• Raiser’s Edge experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Personable with a high comfort level dealing with the public
• Able to work after-hours and weekends as needed
• Professional demeanor, pleasant personality, service, goal and detail oriented
• Experience in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts highly preferred

Qualifications

• High School, GED, Cert, Trn, Exper.

Pay

Estimated pay range for this position is $23.21 - $29.48 / hour depending on experience.
