This role will work directly with business stakeholders, IT management, and other developers to guide projects to completion, provide ideas for technology and process improvements, and deliver well-documented solutions that accommodate stakeholder and business process needs while ensuring that department and coding processes are followed. Position Responsibilities: Mentor other developers to assist the team with tasks like, but not limited to, best practices, troubleshooting, estimation, testing and documentationDevelop large scale enterprise solutions with high complexityOversee development of design documents such as technical specifications, functional requirements, object modules, system test plans, technical and user documentationWork with other developers, project managers, architects, business analysts and other departments to develop new technology and expand into existing applicationsResearch and propose new technologies and methodologies to improve developmentLead Team Code ReviewsPerforms other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 7 – 10 years Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
