About the role
Senior Developers at OutSystems are the core delivery engines of our Agent-forward vision. Operating as the primary individual contributor for complex features, your mission is to drive the technical implementation of sophisticated Agentic Systems. You ensure that systems handling complex business reasoning are delivered with the highest technical integrity, making you the essential complement of the Technical Lead and the quality standard-bearer for your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and end-to-end technical implementation of high-complexity apps within a larger ecosystem.
- Implement sophisticated Agentic Systems, translating architectural blueprints into secure, scalable, production-ready code.
- Coach teammates on the adoption of the AI-Native Technical Delivery Methodology and the shift to AI-assisted coding.
- Act as the primary quality gate of their peers, ensuring the team adheres to the "Gold Standard" of OutSystems development.
- Contribute to the definition and enforcement of security and governance protocols for AI agents and LLM data privacy within the project scope.

Requirements
- Skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for the role
- Education/Experience: 5–8 years of experience in enterprise software development.
- Certifications: OutSystems Expert Developer; Agentic AI Specialist
Qualifications
- Soft Skills: Leadership by example, strong analytical thinking, and a focus on user-centric design.
- Technical Skills: 5+ years in OutSystems; Deep knowledge of Agentic process design and vector database integration. Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering to design complex AI solutions, ensuring output reliability.
