We're looking for a Color, Materials, and Graphics Sr. Designer to join us in executing the vision for our future; to inspire, ideate and create.
Responsibilities
- Bring a strong focus on style and fashion in clogs, emphasizing color, treatment, finish, and elevated embellishments and details.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the style clogs space, with crossover into casual and sport lifestyle products.
- Be a trusted source of inspiration for fashion, hype, sport, and cultural insights that influence design direction.
- Stay ahead of global trends through market travel, trade shows, and ongoing digital and social research.
- Drive seasonal freshness in both new and existing products, contributing to R&D and seasonal design pipelines through color curation, surface design, materials, trims, and componentry.
- Communicate the design vision clearly and persuasively to cross-functional partners through strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment aligned with global business needs.
- Obsess the details to ensure timely delivery and uphold Crocs’ high execution standards.
- Being a team champion cross-functionally, enhancing our culture of collaboration, trust and communication across Design, Category Management and Development partners.

Requirements
Has experienced knowledge and a higher understanding of product from color, material, construction to production.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant design experience.
Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fashion or industrial build, graphics, apparel or related field.
Skills
Ability to travel domestically & internationally.

Pay
$90,000 - $100,000 per year.
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote).
