Sr. Designer

Job Summary

IDR is seeking a Sr. Designer to join one of their top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves leading the creative development and execution of high-impact event visuals and collateral systems.

Position Overview

- Lead the development of on-brand creative concepts for large-scale events, including visual themes and design systems - Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual solutions across multiple formats and channels - Design scalable assets that can be adapted across event touchpoints and campaigns - Create and produce a wide range of event-related deliverables such as invitations, signage, presentation decks, and digital assets - Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical specifications, and production requirements

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in event marketing, experiential design, agency, or in-house creative environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design work, scalable visual systems, and event or campaign-related deliverables
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint and/or Keynote)
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
