Sr. Designer, Amazon Haul, Amazon Haul

Description

The North America Stores Creative team is seeking a Sr. Designer to focus on one of Amazon’s newest offerings: Haul. You will be responsible for executing high-quality, customer-facing work for Haul across all marketing channels, contributing to a cohesive brand identity and supporting the team’s design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong design craft and expertise, including motion design experience
• Ability to deliver brand-compliant digital solutions aligned to project requirements and business objectives
• Ability to lead projects from brief to delivery and manage multiple workstreams
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Copywriters and Curation partners
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the retail ecommerce space and different channel strategies
• Ability to use performance data and testing insights to inform design decisions
• Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to present concepts and finished work to stakeholders
• Awareness of emerging design trends and GenAI innovations
• Experience contributing to or maintaining brand style guides and playbooks
• Experience driving creative innovation projects and presenting to internal teams
• Familiarity with process improvement and streamlining creative delivery workflows

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with consumer brands
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sharp attention to detail
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
