Responsibilities

• Conduct deep strategic analysis to evaluate trade-offs between metrics and assess overall impact from changes in the ads ecosystem.
• Develop and implement segmentation models to inform pricing strategies and enhance supply assessment.
• Utilize data science tools like experimentation and causal inference to improve decision-making processes.
• Design and oversee measurement strategies, experiment best practices, and analyze experiment results.
• Create and track success metrics for engineering teams, breaking down high-level metrics into actionable segments.
• Lead and mentor data science projects, providing feedback and recognizing individual contributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying scientific methods to solve real-world problems on web-scale data.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation.
• Domain knowledge in ecosystem, ads, or real-time bidding.
• Proven ability to apply scientific methods to solve real-world problems on web-scale data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Hive, and Python.
