Responsibilities
- Propose and conduct quantitative research on user behaviors and business trends
- Design and analyze experiments for causal inference in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Partner with product managers and engineers to scope and assess new features
- Define and monitor key metrics to inform product strategies
- Develop deep expertise in the company’s search functionality and its interactions with other systems
- Contribute to a strong data culture through effective data table design and maintenance
- Mentor team members and support recruitment efforts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or economics
- Proven ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities
- Experience with designing, analyzing, and reporting on experiments
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in a technical field such as Statistics, Engineering, or Economics
