Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact for customer management and service delivery
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and drive corrective actions
  • Maintain service scope in accordance with contracts
  • Ensure timely reporting to customers as required
  • Manage vendor performance and contractual obligations
  • Implement improvements for service quality and best practices
  • Facilitate transitions from project implementation to support

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Public Safety
  • Ability to obtain government-required background clearance
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite
  • Fluency in English and French is highly desirable
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and telecommunications systems
