Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for customer management and service delivery
- Work with customers to resolve issues and drive corrective actions
- Maintain service scope in accordance with contracts
- Ensure timely reporting to customers as required
- Manage vendor performance and contractual obligations
- Implement improvements for service quality and best practices
- Facilitate transitions from project implementation to support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Public Safety
- Ability to obtain government-required background clearance
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite
- Fluency in English and French is highly desirable
- Understanding of ITIL processes and telecommunications systems
