Senior Customer Service ManagerSummary:A global food company and market leader is seeking a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead customer service operations, manage key customer relationships, and drive inventory, forecasting, and order fulfillment performance. This role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure exceptional service levels and on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage relationships with key customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contactOversee customer inventory levels, replenishment programs, and inventory optimization initiativesPartner with customers and Sales teams to improve demand forecasting and forecast accuracyLead monthly forecast reviews and communicate demand changes across the businessManage the end-to-end order fulfillment process from order entry through deliveryMonitor open orders, resolve service issues, and communicate supply risks proactivelyTrack and report key metrics including fill rate, on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and order cycle timeCollaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teamsQualifications:5+ years of experience in customer service and supply chain operationsFood manufacturing or CPG industry experience required Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and customer collaborationExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or JDEAdvanced Excel, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsBenefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchCompetitive PTO If you are interested in the Senior Customer Service Manager position, please don't hesitate to apply!
