About the role

This role will be part of a team of individual Customer Solutions Managers (CSMs) focused on accelerating the customer cloud journey, migrations, modernizations, and ensuring customers capture the full potential and sustainable business advantages of AWS cloud. As an AWS Sr. Customer Solutions Manager, you will guide AWS customers along their cloud journey, ensuring all AWS teams work together effectively to deliver outcomes for the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization, including C-Suite
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing and developing cloud computing technologies to unlock opportunities for customers
  • Apply a strong background in change management and incorporate organizational change best practices into project delivery
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS and best practice implementations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
  • 4+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • Travel up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, and deployment processes and timelines
  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification

Pay

  • USA, IL, Chicago: 153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually
  • USA, TX, Austin: 153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually
