About the role
You will aid in supervising all Customer Service functions related to order entry while following procedures established by management.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Customer Service Supervisor in overseeing all Customer Service Personnel
- Actively participates in training Customer Service personnel, including new hires
- Monitors the flow of orders to and from the Customer Service Department
- Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient orders as necessary
- Monitors phone calls to ensure proper telephone techniques are used by Customer Service Personnel
