Sr Customer Service Rep

About the Role

This employee supervises all Customer Service functions related to order entry while following procedures established by management.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Customer Service Supervisor in overseeing all Customer Service personnel.
• Actively participates in training Customer Service staff, including new hires.
• Monitors the flow of orders to and from the Customer Service Department.
• Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient orders as necessary.
• Monitors phone calls to ensure proper telephone techniques are used by Customer Service personnel.
