Key Responsibilities
- Audits new account and update requests submitted by sales personnel to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Manages and coordinates sales support activities including sales reporting information, market coverage data, and quota management and administration.
- Provides procedural, clerical, and administrative support to the sales force.
- Performs a variety of administrative functions such as office management, order processing, scheduling customer orders, and assisting in customer service functions.
- Troubleshoots errors within GO/COMET during account creation, update, or CMF maintenance.
- Supports the Reseller onboarding process with the goal of implementing an automated solution.
- Serves as technical resource to assist implementing new automated processes within the CMF & Customer Onboarding work streams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 5-8 years of experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in related field.
- Professional certification required in some areas.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, SQL, COMET, and Customer Onboarding & CMF policies experience.
