About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Customer Enablement Practitioner - Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a specialist for TSMs on complex integrations and advanced configurations
  • Lead workshops and consultations to assess customer needs and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Conduct platform health checks to identify gaps and risks in customer deployments
  • Consult on advanced API scenarios and integration patterns with CRM/ERP systems
  • Present technical findings to both technical and senior business stakeholders
  • Document product gaps and customer feedback for product improvement initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of domain and competitor platforms to inform best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years in hands-on technical roles involving CCaaS with integration design responsibility
  • Proven ownership of CRM and ERP integrations for enterprise contact centers
  • Fluent in REST APIs with experience in writing API calls and debugging integrations
  • Experience designing integrations using middleware and iPaaS like MuleSoft or Boomi
  • Relevant certifications such as the company or NICE CXone are strongly preferred
  • Documented experience showcasing project scopes and outcomes with a focus on lessons learned
