Sr Creator Content Specialist
About the role
This role serves as the in-house creator content specialist on our Corporate Content & Creative team. Accountable for translating narrative direction into high impact, audience first content execution at enterprise scale. This role blends hands on creation, in-house creator presence, and capability building to elevate the quality, speed, and consistency of creator-style digital content across owned and emerging channels (with social as a primary focus today).
Responsibilities
- Create audience-first, consumer-grade content for corporate channels
- Develop and produce compelling, creator-style digital content (especially short-form video) that translates complex health and technology topics into clear, relatable, and engaging stories.
- Turn enterprise priorities and storytelling themes into culturally relevant, creator-native content that drives engagement and strengthens brand perception and trust.
- Serve as an on-camera voice and storyteller: Confidently host, interview, and narrate content with authenticity and credibility, helping humanize the brand and build trust with patients, caregivers, and consumers.
- Own end-to-end content creation: Concept, script, film, and edit high-impact content with speed and quality — bringing a strong point of view on what resonates across platforms and formats.
- Leverage AI to scale modern content creation: Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and content adaptation while maintaining strong editorial judgment, accuracy, and brand integrity.
- Enable and elevate digital content creation capability across the organization: Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to model best practices, coach on creator-style digital content, and expand the company’s ability to produce effective, audience-first storytelling.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, media, journalism and/or brand storytelling, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience creating high-performing, audience-first content (especially short-form video) for consumer platforms (e.g., social media, blogs)
- Comfortable and credible on camera, with experience hosting, interviewing, or narrating content
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics — ideally in healthcare, science, or technology
Qualifications
- Nice to have experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries (with an understanding of compliance considerations).
- Sales experience a bonus.
- Background collaborating with subject matter experts (e.g., clinicians, researchers) to bring credibility into storytelling
- Basic analytics skills (ability to interpret performance and optimize content accordingly)
- Experience coaching or enabling others to create effective content
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., scripting, editing, versioning) and a thoughtful approach to using them responsibly
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business priorities into compelling, audience-relevant content
Skills

Benefits
Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $80,800.00 - $121,200.00
The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
