We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a job summary and essential functions. We need headings:
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real, specific content. No filler. We need to parse content. Job Summary: "The primary purpose of the position is to analyze data on manufacturing costs and recommend and make changes to standard costs that impact the pricing of products and labor for the facility. A key role is to ensure that inventory transactions, and subsequently inventory valuation, are accurate in terms of cost, quantity, purpose, and timeliness, and in doing so, ensuring that monthly results reported are accurate and timely." That's a description; could be "About the role" or "Job Summary". Use heading "About the role". Provide

Next: Required Job Qualifications: list includes:
- 5 or more years proven experience in cost accounting and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Solid knowledge of accounting rules, e.g., GAAP and/or IFRS
- Good problem-solving skills; attention to detail; This position requires the ability to discern between normal results and anomalies and take steps when necessary.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment such as computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree with Accounting Emphasis, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of experience with Access and/or Excel queries.
- 2 years Business ERP system experience Oracle preferred.
- Certified Management Accountant, CPA, MBA or candidate preferred
We can put under "Qualifications" heading.
Preferred maybe also "Skills": but we have skills like Excel, Access, ERP, problem solving, attention to detail. Could create a Skills section. However we must only include sections when posting has real, specific content. We have skills content; we could put under Skills heading. But we also have Qualifications. Might combine? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Requirements" or "Qualifications". But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to use "Responsibilities" for essential functions, "Qualifications" for required job qualifications, and maybe "Skills" for specific technical skills (Excel, Access, ERP). However we risk thin sections. Let's see: we have enough content for Qualifications (experience, education, knowledge). Skills could be separate: proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel, ability to operate basic office equipment, experience with Access/Excel queries, ERP system experience Oracle. That's substantive enough.
Thus we can have sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Qualifications (education, experience, knowledge), Skills (technical skills). No Benefits, Pay, Schedule as not provided.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No metadata like Job ID.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft.
