Responsibilities
- Manufacturing accounting and operational reporting
- Cost analysis and inventory-related reporting
- Financial reporting & account reconciliations
- Variance analysis, bookings, backlog, and shipment reporting
- Month-end close and journal entries
- Budget support and forecasting analysis
- Internal controls and audit support
- Process improvement and operational efficiencies
- Ad hoc reporting and special projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience within manufacturing, contracting, or related industries
- Strong understanding of debits/credits and core accounting fundamentals
- Experience with manufacturing billing and job costing (AIA billing experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a hands-on environment
- Strong Excel skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Public accounting, construction accounting, or related experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
