Sr. Corrosion Technician
Job Summary
* As a Senior Corrosion Technician, you'll play a key role in protecting and maintaining critical energy infrastructure by leading field investigations, performing corrosion control activities, and helping ensure the long-term integrity and reliability of pipeline systems. You'll use specialized testing equipment, evaluate system performance, troubleshoot field conditions, and serve as a technical resource on a variety of corrosion and integrity projects.

- The position pays between $70,000 and $85,000 annually and is an exempt position.

Required Qualifications
- An appropriate technical degree or background.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in corrosion, petrochemical, or related industries.
- NACE CP1 certification.
- Ability to pass client OQ exams.
- Experience leading teams performing DCVG, ACVG, CIS, ECDA, ICDA, and Direct Assessment (DA) activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- NACE CP2 certification or higher.
- Experience supporting major utility clients such as Xcel Energy, Atmos Energy, Northern Natural Gas (NNG), or similar operators.
- Experience performing corrosion troubleshooting, dig assessments, and construction oversight.
- Experience coordinating field crews and providing client updates on project status.
- Previous experience supporting DOT-regulated pipeline integrity programs and related compliance requirements.
