Your Role at Baxter
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of research and/or development laboratory tasks and experiments.
- Responsible for running test procedures, limited troubleshooting, and documenting systems test results.
- Responsible for reviewing test procedures and correct/modify as needed.
- Responsible for the adequate set-up of equipment and supplies as required by the associated procedures or R&D project.
- Responsible to follow laboratory procedures for methods associated with control of records, test variables, equipment calibration and documentation practices.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Responsible to work with engineers, for collection of data and information related to non-formal testing or evaluation practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Absorb and analyze data and interpret results.
- May write experimental reports, summaries and protocols.
- Perform simple troubleshooting and calibration of instruments.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, AA Degree preferred, 2+ years’ experience in related field.
- Proficient use of laboratory equipment and tools.
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP desired.
- Proficient in recording original data.
- Basic science and math skills.
- Ability to use computer for word processing, spreadsheets, document retrieval, e-mail, business calendars.
- Basic understanding of documentation systems.
- Knowledge and working application of standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with a fast pace, changing priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications

Pay
The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000-$82,500 annually.
