Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to our team! The Sr. Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will be supporting Archimedes a subsidiary of Navitus to ensure accurate new associate records in accordance with employment regulations assisting in the full-service recruiting process which may include interview scheduling, initiating background checks, eI-9 verification, and record keeping. The position will update and maintain the job advertisement database in iCIMS. The role will assist in distributions and associate events and engage in regular participation with the HR culture enhancement programs as assigned. The Sr. Coordinator will manage assigned onboarding and offboarding activities, contingent workforce administration, staffing vendor engagement, and workforce tracking. The role may assist with preparation and maintenance of related HR Policies/procedures, audit materials, associate communications, and intake of documents related to the Position Management committee Additionally, the Sr. Coordinator will assist with special projects for organization-wide HR programs.

Responsibilities

  • Create job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System iCIMS.
  • Coordinate staffing vendor engagement, candidate submissions, candidate review activities, and interview scheduling for temporary and contract positions.
  • Communicate with and provide support to hiring managers and applicants on open positions and temp/contractor roles.
  • Conduct pre-employment background checks/drug screens through 3rd party vendor.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for temporary and contract workers, ensuring timely completion of required documentation, background checks, system access requests, and orientation activities.
  • Monitor and track temporary worker assignments, tenure, and partner with leaders to ensure temporary workers are evaluated for conversion opportunities when appropriate to ensure that we are converting qualified temporary workers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure accurate associate record keeping by utilizing a New Hire Checklist and collecting all needed documents.
  • Administer, track, and maintain the Associate Referral Program, including monitoring referral submissions, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, processing referral bonus payments, and serving as a resource for associates and leaders regarding referral program questions.
  • Assist with providing HR information deliverables for multiple third-party audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting, Human Resources, or administrative role required.
  • 2+ years of experience with recruiting software, preferably iCIMS, required.
  • Knowledge or experience in ADP’s software products or other HR systems preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with background check, education verification, drug screen, and credit check coordination required.
  • 2+ years of experience with scheduling and calendar management preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working with staffing agencies, contingent workforce programs, or vendor relationships preferred.
  • Knowledge of general human resource programs, policies, and procedures related to recruitment, EEO/AAP administration, and understanding of state and federal laws related to employment practice preferred.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Pay

USD $24.72 - USD $29.42 /Hr.

Schedule

M-F 8am to 5pm
