Sr Control Systems Specialist

About the role

Acts as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls to receive requests, transmit messages, and dispatch personnel with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes calls, dispatches personnel, and coordinates resolution of issues.
• Activates emergency response protocols when required.
• Monitors and coordinates building automation systems.
• Assists with routine preventive maintenance and alarm testing.

Schedule

• 7 days a week.
• Must be available for one of the following shifts: 6am–2pm, 2pm–11pm, or 11pm–6am.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
