About the Role

Acts as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls to receive requests, transmit messages, and dispatch personnel with minimal guidance. This role supports Delta Operations and is essential to coordinating responses and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritizes calls, dispatches personnel, and coordinates resolution of issues.
  • Activates emergency response protocols when required.
  • Monitors and coordinates building automation systems.
  • Assists with routine preventive maintenance and alarm testing.
  • Provides informal guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  • Conducts research and analysis to solve non-routine problems.
  • Develops and maintains relationships across teams and communicates effectively.
  • Invests time in understanding problems and needs to provide excellent service.
  • Ensures work quality and continuous improvement while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Takes responsibility for assigned activities and makes data-driven decisions.
  • Proposes and embraces new ideas or initiatives to enhance operations.
  • Adapts to change and incorporates new instructions into daily work.

Schedule

This position requires availability for shifts 7 days a week, including:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.

Skills

  • Safety (Intermediate): Knowledge of and attentiveness to safety compliance.
  • Computer/Electronic Knowledge (Novice): Proficiency in using software such as word processors, spreadsheets, text editors, and graphics.
  • Emergency Planning (Intermediate): Ability to anticipate resource needs and prioritize activities to meet objectives.
  • Customer Service (Intermediate): Focus on anticipating and meeting customer needs with sensitivity and responsiveness.
