Sr Contracts Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Contracts Manager (Hybrid) to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead complex prime contract administration activities, with a strong focus on risk review, negotiation support, and compliance across federal and commercial agreements. The Sr Contracts Manager will partner closely with business development and project management teams to protect the organization’s interests while advancing business objectives. This position also provides guidance on contract strategy, financial considerations, and administrative best practices across designated market areas.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Review client contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policy
• Lead negotiations with federal and commercial customers
• Propose alternative text and clauses for client contracts
• Ensure thorough review of contracts for legal and financial issues prior to management approval
• Participate in negotiations with business development and project management teams
• Monitor prime contracts for compliance with terms and conditions
• Advise management on scope and financial issues of prime contracts
• Oversee contract administration activities in designated market areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 15+ years of prime contract administration experience
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Strong knowledge of industry business practices and negotiation of prime contracts
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in contract administration software
• Demonstrated ability to lead and provide guidance to others

Pay

$134,100 – $241,400 annually
