Sr. Contract Compliance Specialist - IT Finance (Contracts)

A Sr. Contract Compliance Specialist position is available with the City of Fort Worth IT Solutions’ IT Finance Division. This position serves on the Contracts Team, performing critical financial support duties related to the development, review, and execution of technology contracts for all city departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, propose, and develop legal agreements that support and advance technology programs and initiatives provided through IT Solutions
• Collaborate with the Law Department to lead and oversee the development, improvement, and standardization of agreements; assist in policy and procedure development and enhancement
• Serve as a liaison with senior managers and partnering departments to structure legal agreements that meet technological needs while ensuring alignment with the City’s Purchasing guidelines, to facilitate and successfully execute all technology‑related contracts
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations and service levels
• Author Mayor and Council Communications seeking authorization for technology‑related contracts and agreements
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments to ensure agreements adhere to applicable laws
