Sr Consultant - Social/Community Impact & Talent Brand Marketing
What's the Job?
Design and implement integrated global marketing, PR, and communications strategies that connect talent branding with social impact storytelling.
Position the organization as a leader in workforce development, STEM pathways, and community impact initiatives.
Translate complex initiatives such as manufacturing expansion and technical innovation into compelling, human-centered narratives.

What's Needed?
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, employer branding, or related fields, preferably in a global technology or manufacturing organization
- Proven success in leading integrated campaigns, storytelling, and brand strategies that achieve measurable outcomes
- Experience in media relations, thought leadership, and executive communications
- Strong understanding of digital, social, and content marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
