Sr. Consultant, Professional Services (Identity and Messaging)

Responsibilities
- Consult with and advise clients on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange engagements.
- Lead service delivery functions and technical teams involved with planning, setup, configuration, and administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and migration management solutions.
- Work closely with related teams on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange (on-premise and online), and migration management implementation projects.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot MS Teams according to contract SLAs.
- Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians on the team, providing guidance on their technical and soft skills.
- Function as a technical expert, with strong customer interaction skills, advising on, implementing, and managing complex solution and service deployments for clients.
- Pursue relevant certifications and training for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange, as well as vendor-specific training for solutions including Quest and Bit Titan.
- Support other individuals and teams at trade shows, events, and speaking engagements that require your technical expertise.

- Support architects, engineers, and project managers with a detailed, actionable Statement of Work.
Requirements
A Computer Science / Information Technology degree or diploma, or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years' work experience in a client-facing professional services role, or 7+ years of related industry experience. Updated Certifications and training to include Active Directory, M365 Fundamentals, M365 Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, Administering / Configuring Windows Server Hybrid (core and advanced), On-Demand Migration for M365 and Active Directory, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
Qualifications
Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Texas, Illinois, and California is $116,800 to $146,000 annually + 14% as target incentives. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Florida is $110,960 to $138,700 annually + 14% as target incentives. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification.
