What You'll Do

• Lead senior-level oversight and mentorship across construction program teams
• Provide project/construction consultation on single major programs or multiple concurrent projects
• Advise on business, technical, and personnel management across multidisciplinary teams
• Report technical quality, cost, and schedule status to the Chief, FMS
• Maintain daily progress and inspection reports; lead inspection and QA teams for project oversight

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited university (may be substituted by 14 years of directly related experience)
• 10+ years of experience managing facility construction projects required for Senior level — less senior candidates also encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of construction documents with superior management and communication skills
• Experience with medical/healthcare facilities in the 180–250 bed range required
