Data-Driven Sales Optimization
- Technical Administration: Serve as the hands-on expert for Salesforce, managing configurations, automated flows, security, and overall system health.
- Performance Intelligence: Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting using SFDC, Trackwise, & BI Platforms (Tableau, Pigment) to structure and translate raw data into actionable performance improvements.
- Data Architecture: Architect and streamline end-to-end data integration frameworks to synchronize large scale commercial datasets to ensure single “source of truth” for cross-departmental reporting and commercial decision-making.
- Strategic Modeling: Design and maintain multi-dimensional commercial models to assess the impact of market shifts and strategy changes.
- KPI Governance: Develop high-visibility reporting and spearhead data hygiene initiatives to ensure integrity across all business systems.
Commercial Process Improvement
- Operational Excellence: Optimize end-to-end sales processes—including quoting, contracting, and order flow—while ensuring alignment with pricing and approval controls.
- Scalable Standardization: Implement and support standardized workflows within SFDC and collaborate with other internal teams to identify and update other existing tools to drive global commercial efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to optimize go-to-market strategies and deliver on commercial KPIs.
- Executive Visualization: Design dashboards with a tailored UX that simplifies complex data into clear, visual insights for leadership.
- SFDC Roadmap & Delivery: Lead the on-time end-to-end rollout of new features, managing everything from initial requirement gathering and external consultants to global user training.
- Operational Support: Provide daily troubleshooting and bug-fix management for CRM and CPQ platforms to ensure high system uptime.
- Project Alignment: Partner with Commercial Ops and Marketing leaders to prioritize initiatives and lead alignment and execution of requirements, deliverables, and schedule for all departments involved.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: CRM, CPQ, & BI Mastery (5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Conga/Salesforce, and BI tools), advanced analytics (expert-level capabilities in Tableau and Excel), technical literacy (proficiency in SQL, Python for database querying and dashboard coding), and project leadership (2+ years of technical project management experience).
- Commercial & Operational Acumen: Industry context (experience working in a regulated environment, Medical Device or MedTech preferred), strategic communication (ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership), process engineering (proven track record of mapping complex commercial processes and implementing scalable, standardized business solutions), execution mindset (high degree of autonomy and perseverance), and education (Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce certifications are a plus).
