Job Summary

We are seeking an Export Compliance Analyst to support global trade compliance activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for preparing, submitting, and administering export and import authorizations while ensuring compliance with U.S. Government export regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and administer required export and import authorizations.
  • Cook up export and import activities in accordance with U.S. Government regulations and internal policies.
  • Review documentation to determine compliance with export and import regulations.
  • Maintain records and tracking systems related to compliance reviews, investigations, disclosures, and corrective actions.
  • Support audits, assessments, investigations, and other compliance-related initiatives.
  • Manage legal and compliance files, records, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Create and maintain tracking tools to support compliance activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
  • Experience managing legal or compliance-related files, records, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining tracking tools and reports.
  • Experience supporting projects related to audits, assessments, investigations, or regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to work.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
  • Experience managing legal or compliance-related files, records, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining tracking tools and reports.
  • Experience supporting projects related to audits, assessments, investigations, or regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience drafting ITAR and EAR license applications.
  • Experience using OCR EASE Global Trade Management software.

Pay Range

$47.00 - $52.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
