Nearest Major Market: Manhattan Nearest Secondary Market: New York City Job Segment: Real Estate, Business Development, Sales We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, Drug Free Workplace, etc. Also remove navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove "About Us" maybe? The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. "About Us" is not one of the allowed headings (list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should not create an About Us heading. Instead we can incorporate relevant info about company maybe under "About the role"? But "About the role" is allowed heading. Usually "About the role" includes description of role. We can put the role description there. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe education and experience. Qualifications: maybe skills? But we have separate Skills heading. We need to decide mapping. We have content: "To Be Considered, You Will Need High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial credit with an established portfolio of Commercial customers. Effective sales ability and persuasiveness." That could go under Requirements (or Qualifications). Also "Multifamily construction lending experience preferred." could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Skills: maybe "Effective sales ability and persuasiveness." also "Visit with clients... interview and analyze... recommend products... compile loan packages... facilitate negotiation... analyze applicant financial status... correspond... serve as liaison... review and analyze reports... assure timely loan closing... build effective relationships... educate them about bank products..." Those are responsibilities. We also have "Base Salary & Benefits" section: includes salary range and benefits description. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: base salary range $200,000-$225,000 annually. Benefits: comprehensive health plan, flexible time off options, savings and investment plans. Also note hybrid work model benefit applies to certain positions and subject to changes. Also note seasonal/temporary employees not eligible. Also mention evidence of academic preparation if necessary. Also mention work authorization, no visa sponsorship. Those could be under Requirements or maybe under Benefits? Actually those are eligibility requirements. Could be under Requirements. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; only mention hybrid work model benefit applies to certain positions and subject to changes. No explicit schedule (full-time, part-time). The posting mentions regular full-time and part-time employees eligible for benefits. So schedule could be full-time or part-time? Not explicit. We should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule explicitly, so we should omit Schedule. Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings

for each section we include. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting that are substantive, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, Drug Free Workplace, Learn more about us, Connect with us, privacy rights, Nearest Major Market, Job Segment, etc. Also remove "Important: The candidate must provide evidence of academic preparation or courses related to the job posting, if necessary." That's substantive? It's a requirement; we should keep it. Also "Our hybrid work model benefit applies to certain positions and is subject to changes based on the organizational needs." That's a benefit detail; keep. Also "Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. This position is not open to applicants who need visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship at this time." Keep as requirement. Also "Seasonal/temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits." Keep under Benefits. Now we need to decide sections: - About the role: could contain the introductory paragraph describing the role: "We are currently looking for a seasoned COMMERCIAL LENDER to join our Commercial Banking team. In this position you will generate business relationships and be responsible for the development and maintenance of credit and non-credit relationships with commercial customers, corporate accounts and potential customers while rendering quality service in accordance with bank goals to attain growth, profitability and customer satisfaction." Also maybe the sentence about developing portfolio etc. But that could be responsibilities. Better: About the role: short overview of the position. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: education, experience, work authorization, no visa sponsorship, evidence of academic preparation. Qualifications: maybe "Multifamily construction lending experience preferred." and "Effective sales ability and persuasiveness." Could also be under Requirements. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we have separate headings allowed. We could put education/experience under Requirements, and skills/preferred experience under Qualifications. Skills: maybe list of skills like sales ability, relationship building, financial analysis, loan structuring, etc. But we must not invent. We can extract from responsibilities: "Visit with clients and prospective clients regularly, interview and analyze the financial structure of customers and prospects, and recommend products or applicable services. Compile loan packages, financial proposals, and facilitate negotiation of loan structure with applicant including loan amount, loan term, pricing, fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms. Analyze applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan. Correspond with customers throughout the loan process and serve as liason between customer and the credit team to resolve questions regarding the application information. Review and analyze commercial loan reports, direct liability, non-performing, new loans, and payment. Assure timely loan closing and funding activities. Build effective relationships and trust with clients and potential clients by listening to and uncovering their needs and educating them about the bank products and services that are most appropriate for their situation." These are responsibilities, not skills. But we could still list them under Responsibilities as bullet points. Thus we may not need a separate Skills section if we can incorporate skills into Responsibilities. However the instruction says we can include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. If we don't have distinct skills list separate from responsibilities, we could omit Skills section. Similarly Benefits: we have benefits details. Pay: we have salary range. Schedule: we don't have explicit schedule, so omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Check if we have content for Qualifications: we have "Multifamily construction lending experience preferred." and maybe "Effective sales ability and persuasiveness." Could also be under Requirements but we can put them under Qualifications. Now we need to format. We must use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting that are not boilerplate. Let's extract substantive content: Introductory paragraph (About the role): - "We are currently looking for a seasoned COMMERCIAL LENDER to join our Commercial Banking team." - "In this position you will generate business relationships and be responsible for the development and maintenance of credit and non
