Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure documents are complete, accurate, recorded, filed appropriately, and maintained for loans assigned to you, and review documentation for other Loan Coordinators.
  • Perform quality control to ensure loans are closed as approved, including verifying that conditions to close are met before closing and disbursement of funds.
  • Follow up on documentation exceptions and/or outstanding items.
  • Order flood certificates, appraisals, title insurance, and UCC searches as needed.
  • Close loans and disburse loan proceeds as requested.
  • Provide analytics and reporting as requested by the CCO, including but not limited to exception tracking.
  • Support the CCO in managing OREO properties, including vetting and coordinating leasing agents, scheduling inspections and subcontractors, reviewing listing agreements and contracts, and paying bills.
  • Review and manage internal draw requests for construction loans while adhering to internal processes and procedures.
  • Assist the CCO with management and oversight of problem loans, including ordering O&E reports and site inspections, reviewing documents, and coordinating legal engagements.
  • Manage outside vendors for Commercial Lending, including the appraisal management company.

Business Line Partnership

  • Maintain positive working relationships with all lines of business.
  • Respond to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Support Commercial Lenders in a positive and professional manner to promote meeting and/or exceeding business expectations.
  • Keep Commercial Lending leadership apprised of department issues and/or concerns.

Team Accountabilities

  • Maintain a high level of cooperation and rapport with all associates to ensure accurate and efficient operations and service.
  • Formulate and communicate new ideas and suggestions to improve profitability and efficiency for the bank.
  • Engage in the community to foster and promote the Central Bank brand.

Pay

This position starts at $98,483 per year and can increase from there depending on experience.
