Sr Clinical Solutions MD

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Clinical Solutions MD to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote leadership role will serve as a trusted clinical advisor supporting Medicare Advantage group plan sponsors with strategic guidance rooted in clinical expertise and payer experience. The position will partner closely with client executives to translate utilization, population health, and financial performance trends into actionable recommendations that improve outcomes and inform decision-making. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $184,112 – $396,550 annually Responsibilities Act as the primary clinical advisor for assigned Medicare Advantage group plan sponsors Build executive relationships with client stakeholders, including benefit leaders and medical advisors Lead strategic reviews discussing utilization trends, population health, and clinical performance Present clinical and financial data in a clear and actionable format Resolve escalated clinical inquiries with consultative recommendations Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certification in an ABMS-recognized specialty Active, unrestricted medical license 5+ years of post-residency clinical practice experience 2+ years of managed care, health plan, or payer experience Experience analyzing healthcare utilization and financial performance data Proven track record presenting to executive stakeholders Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and flexible work schedule Retirement savings options and wellness programs Additional resources for physical and emotional well-being Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
